I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which boasts exceptional service and two excellent restaurants. The ongoing refurbishment did not bother me much, and I appreciated how efficiently the front desk handled my travel arrangements. Although I started in an un-refurbished room, the new one was lovely. Overall, it's a great place with slight downsides to the ongoing renovations.
